Letting at Threadneedle’s Millennium Centre signals recovery for Farnham office market

Threadneedle, advised by Curchod & Co and Owen Isherwood, has let a 3,945 sq ft office property at The Millennium Centre in Farnham, Surrey to Gaffney, Cline & Associates.

The petroleum engineering business has taken building M3 at The Millennium Centre, close to the town centre, on a new ten-year lease at an annual rent of £23.50 psf.

Alex Blown of Curchod & Co said: “After a period of uncertainty in the office market, we are now seeing a recovery in the market, with office rents returning to pre-pandemic levels and increasing demand for high-quality space like that found at The Millennium Centre.

“Refurbished to a Grade A specification, this air-conditioned space provided the tenant with a prestigious headquarters in a highly accessible location, close to the A31,” he added.

Gaffney, Cline & Associates was represented by CBRE.
