New hire for Stoford as company continues to develop

Henry Bradshaw

Leading commercial property developer, Stoford has strengthened its development team with the appointment of a new development manager.

Henry Bradshaw has joined the Birmingham-based business, with responsibility for supporting the delivery of its extensive portfolio of new and existing office and logistics/warehouse schemes.

Stoford’s first graduate appointment, Henry joins the firm from the University of Reading, where he recently completed an MSc in Real Estate. He had previously enjoyed a one month internship with Stoford in the summer of 2021.

Henry will work closely with colleagues in Stoford’s development team on the delivery of projects including Redditch Gateway, a £200 million build-to-suit logistics and manufacturing scheme on a 78-acre site near Junction 3 of the M42.

Henry said: “I’m incredibly proud to have joined Stoford as its first graduate hire. The business has such a strong reputation for delivering industry leading schemes across a broad range of sectors. Being part of its experienced development team will give me the opportunity to learn more about the entire development cycle and play an active role in supporting several multi million pound pre-let and speculative projects.”

Dan Gallagher, Joint Managing Director of Stoford, said: “We are keen to nurture talented young professionals in the property and construction sector and Henry’s placement last year proved that he has a considerable amount to offer. His arrival comes at a time of exciting growth and expansion for our business and will enhance our existing team as we manage the progression of a significant development pipeline of strategic sites across England.”
