Ashfield Land appoints Ben Holmes as Director in London

Ben Holmes has joined Ashfield Land as a Director and head of the London office.

With a remit to pursue development and investment opportunities nationwide, Ben will have specific responsibility for Ashfield Land’s projects in London and the South East.

He is tasked with identifying and converting on residential, commercial and mixed-use investment and development schemes in line with Ashfield Land’s 30+ years of success in these sectors.

He steps into the role at an important time as Ashfield Land builds for the future and following recent hires including Development Surveyors Nick Harris and Declan O’Neill.

Previously a Director at Richardsons where he was responsible for asset management, investment, development and a number of JV businesses, Holmes brings more than 15 years of rounded real estate experience to the role.

Ben is a qualified Chartered Surveyor whose career also includes earlier roles with Sanderson Weatherall and Banks Long & Co.

Holmes will operate out of Ashfield Land’s Mayfair office at 17 Grosvenor Hill, W1.

Ashfield Land is actively seeking investment and development sites nationwide. It recently exited its Pyramids Business Park investment near Edinburgh selling to London & Regional. The company is well capitalised and is seeking new sites where its asset management and development skills can create value.
