Keygrove completes sale of industrial warehouse in South Hampshire Industrial Park

Commercial property agents Keygrove Chartered Surveyors have completed the sale of 28 – 29 Eddystone Road, a 13,200 sq ft industrial warehouse building with a large concrete yard on the South Hampshire Industrial Park, with the sale to Offshore Lighting Ltd.

Lauren Udall MRICS of Keygrove says “The building was previously leased to a heavy engineering business and the new owners, Offshore Lighting, will undertake a full refurbishment prior to moving their business from nearby on the estate. We received strong interest and a number of offers for the property which shows that demand for freehold industrial premises remains high.”

We have recently commenced marketing a 20,000 sqft industrial warehouse at 36 Stephenson Road, South Hants Industrial Park, which has already received considerable interest and so we expect to find a new tenant fairly quickly.”
