Vickery Holman, the leading Westcountry property consultancy, has relocated into larger offices within Bristol for the second time in two years. Bristol staff numbers have doubled in the last year.

‘With our experience in commercial property and an established reputation in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset we opened our Bristol office in 2016 with only one member of staff. We’ve invested significantly in growth since then, achieving very robust sales in 2021. I’m delighted that we have taken on an additional 7 people since September 2020 to help us deal with the workload and allow us to continue to expand.’ explained Robert Beale, Director.

‘Within the last 12 months we have recruited people to assist us with valuation, building surveying, development and agency workload so it’s great to see such a diverse range of work coming in the door each day”

The expansion of the Bristol office has resulted in a move to more spacious premises on Great George Street. The team based in Bristol provides a true multi-disciplinary service across the City and its surrounding area. The explosion in development in Bristol and Bath has generated many opportunities for Vickery Holman’s multi-disciplinary teams to provide a comprehensive service to our clients. The depth of our regional knowledge is exceptional and really does make us the go-to property consultancy.’ Added Mark Pellow, Managing Director.
