Global real estate advisor CBRE has announced the appointment of Alex Davies as Investment Associate Director within its expanding Southampton office.
Alex returns to CBRE’s Agency & Transactional Services team from JLL in London as he relocates to the South Coast. He previously spent four years as a capital markets consultant at CBRE in London, Paris and Amsterdam before joining Cushman & Wakefield’s international capital markets team in 2018.
Educated in Paris, Alex went on to graduate from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in property development and surveying before completing his RICS qualification while at CBRE.
