Leading electronics manufacturer renews lease at Lothbury’s Fleming Centre, Crawley

Chemigraphic, the design-led electronics manufacturing services provider, has agreed a five year lease renewal on their high profile head office and warehouse facility at The Fleming Centre in Crawley with Lothbury Investment Management Limited, on behalf of Lothbury Property Trust.

The Fleming Centre was purchased by the Lothbury Property Trust in 2005 and Chemigraphic have been tenants since 1986 when the asset was originally built.

The 41,653 sq ft combined units comprise two adjoining warehouses with covered loading bays at the entrance to the estate. Having completed the new leases Chemigraphic will undertake improvement works to suit their occupation.

Perry Linch, director and head of asset management at Lothbury Investment Management Limited, said: “The Fleming Centre is a high quality development that has consistently attracted excellent tenants. We are very pleased that Chemigraphic has renewed their lease for a further five year term on the most high profile building on the development. And that the rent achieved was in line with expectations.”

Other tenants at the Fleming Centre include the British Red Cross, RCG Group, Premier Bathroom Products and Eden Kafevend. The Centre benefits from easy access to junction 10 of the M23 and is adjacent to London Gatwick Airport.

Lothbury was represented by FTD Johns; Chemigraphic was represented by Peter Taylor & Company.
