Staffordshire businessman, Fred Pritchard visited Happy Tots nursery in Cannock last week to celebrate the day nursery’s 4th birthday.
The nursery opened in September 2007, as part of Pritchard Group’s new Orbital Plaza development in Bridgtown, comprising a wide range of businesses circling the iconic Ramada Hotel.
The 4th birthday is a very special occasion for Happy Tots Cannock, but is also a sad one, as the children who first joined the new nursery as little babies four years ago have now all left and started big school.
To celebrate the day, Happy Tots has held a Summer Fete for the children, parents and grandparents of the nursery to enjoy, with lots of fun activities including games, tombola, face painting, hook-a-duck and stalls.
Fred Pritchard, who is known for his involvement in the Cannock community says:
“When we planned Orbital Plaza over 4 years ago, we thought it was important that we included a children’s nursery in the development. It’s fantastic to see all the children and parents having such a wonderful time, celebrating a successful first 4 years in business for Happy Tots Cannock.”
Manager of Happy Tots Cannock, Judy Kelly says, “It was a privilege to have Mr Pritchard visit to celebrate our 4th birthday and meet some of the parents and children. The summer fete is a great opportunity for family members to have some fun with their loved ones at the nursery, as well as getting to know more of the staff and some of the other parents.”
