Knight Frank bolsters London capital markets team with two senior hires

Oli Sprackling and Alex Fryer, Partners in the London capital markets team at Knight Frank

Global real estate adviser Knight Frank announces the recent appointments of Oli Sprackling and Alex Fryer joining as Partners in the London capital markets team.

With 12 years’ experience, Oli joins the firm from his position as partner at Cushman & Wakefield to help drive the capital markets business in the West End. Recent deal highlights include the acquisitions of White City Place on behalf of Cadillac Fairview and 35 Dover Street & 15 Berkeley Street for Tokoro Capital. His clients include sovereign wealth, landed estates, as well as institutional and private capital.

Also joining as partner from Cushman & Wakefield, Alex has significant experience across sectors including offices, retail, leisure and healthcare, and advised Tokoro Capital on their recent acquisition in Mayfair. His clients include UBS, Northwood Investors, W.RE, and Bywater Properties.

Pope works closely with Nick Braybrook and Anthony Barnard driving forward the London capital markets and development business, as well as collaborating across its global investment platform. The team has been involved with over £1.5 billion of transactions in the last 12 months.
