Colliers has bolstered its Property Management team with the hire of Michael Del Medico from CBRE, where he was Head of Added Value Services.
Michael will join the Colliers team as a director and brings with him over 20 years of experience, with expertise in property management strategy, leadership and enhancing client relationships. Michael has led teams working across multiple sectors for clients ranging from private individuals to property companies and institutions. His most recent role involved developing consultancy capabilities within property management in areas such as placemaking, ESG, asset repositioning and design consultancy.
