Knight Frank, the global real estate advisor, has appointed Abdul Jambo as Partner in its Restructuring & Recovery team, to support the growth and increased requirements of its client base.
The dedicated Knight Frank Restructuring & Recovery team consists of seven property consultants operating throughout the UK delivering innovative and strategic solutions to complex challenges that insolvency and recovery can present. The common theme cutting through all services is to support clients.
Abdul will be responsible for leading a number of key client instructions and will be centrally involved in the development of and continued support to maximise recovery of stressed and distressed loans, implementing successful work-out strategies and Law of Property Act (LPA)/ Fixed Charge Receivership (FCR).
The recruitment is a key part of the team’s expansion strategy and adds further strength to this marketleading team.
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Abdul was a Director at Eddisons where he provided innovative work-out solutions and taken LPA/ Fixed Charge Receivership appointment on behalf of a range of clientele across the UK. He is a Fellow of NARA (The Association for Property & Fixed Charge Receivership), Registered Property Receiver (RPR) and an MRICS Chartered Surveyor.
