Goadsby, acting on behalf of Pears Property, have let Unit 13, West Howe Industrial Estate, Bournemouth to Hope for Food, a Bournemouth based charity who provide basic life essentials on a day to day basis to local people in need of help.
Unit 13 extends to approximately 2,804 sq ft and benefits from 5.2 metre internal eaves height and a large forecourt providing car parking. Hope for Food are an existing tenant on West Howe Industrial Estate and were operating from two 730 sq ft units on the estate. The charity established in 2012 and they required a larger warehouse under one roof, to meet the demands of their growth.
Hope for Food commented; “Hope for Food are delighted to be able to move into Unit 13. This will enable us meet the aim of the charity which is to help both the homeless and families in poverty by providing the basic essentials that so many of us take for granted”.
