WCS Environmental Ltd has taken Unit 1325 at Aztec West, a 5,376 sq ft warehouse, on a new 10 year lease.
WCS Group is the water treatment, water hygiene, air hygiene and asbestos division of Marlowe Critical Services. The Marlowe group offers Fire Safety & Security, Health & Safety Consulting, Electronic Logbooks and outsourced HR and Employment Law services.
Vehicle leasing firm, Autolyne, has also taken a new lease, on Unit 1360, which is 3,688 sq ft.
Unit 1325 was leased soon after being vacated by the former tenant and 1360 was occupied following an extensive refurbishment undertaken by the landlord, Canmoor Asset Management.
Two units remain on the popular 1300 Aztec West business park with space available from 4,471 – 8,834 sq ft. Available units are fully refurbished and benefit from warehouse, office space and allocated parking.
