MEAG welcomes its first tenant to its City of London scheme

MEAG, the asset management arm of Munich Re and ERGO, has secured its first letting in its new refurbishment at LDN:W, 3 Noble Street, EC2 prior to practical completion, which is imminent.

Nippon Life Insurance company London Representative Office and Nippon Life Global Investors Europe Plc took the 11th floor comprising 6,932 sq ft on a new 10-year lease.

The design of the 115,000 sq ft scheme is centred around sustainability and wellness. The building is rated BREEAM excellent and WiredScore platinum certified, and amongst various amenities offers a large communal roof terrace.

Florian Wolz, head of leasing management at MEAG and responsible for the scheme, stated: “We are delighted to welcome a tenant of Nippon Life’s standing to LDN:W. MEAG are now offering the building in single and multiple floors of 7,000 sq ft upwards.
