Colliers International has seen a further 18 members of staff qualify as Chartered Surveyors after passing the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) during the autumn assessments.
Their success follows on from the qualification of 11 chartered surveyors earlier in the year, bringing the total number of Colliers staff achieving chartered status this year to 29.
Their success in spite of 2020 being a challenging year for the industry has been praised by Tony Horrell, Chief Executive of Colliers International for UK and Ireland. He said: “This cohort’s achievement is significant and a testament to their hard work especially because of the unusual circumstances they have had to train and learn through this year.
“We encourage our people to do their best every day, and as part of this we place great importance upon professional standards and providing support for our colleagues on their APC journeys.
“The success of our graduates reflects the way our whole business has embraced this ethos, and we look forward to seeing them continue to grow and develop with their teams at Colliers.”
