Four tenants secured at St Martin’s Square Shopping Centre

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has successfully secured four new independent retailers at a popular Leicester shopping destination.

Acting on behalf of retained clients, the national property consultants and joint agents Andrew & Ashwell have welcomed new tenants to St Martin’s Square Shopping Centre.

Martial arts retailer Fearless Fightwear has signed a nine-year lease for Unit 2 following the success of its stores in Nottingham and Birmingham. Leicester Sports Nutrition has secured a 10-year lease on Unit 4, while clothing retailer Beau Nouveau Paris and Lickylips Cupcakes have also recently opened stores in the shopping centre.

Emily Sturgis, from LSH’s Leicester office, commented: “St Martin’s goes from strength to strength with these new deals demonstrating increased interest in this niche shopping destination. These lettings are evident that deals can be done quickly when landlords are willing to be flexible.

“We continue to work alongside existing tenants as they look to expand their businesses within St Martin’s. Watch.This.Space Boutique has moved to a larger unit and has already seen an increase in trade while Andy Hall, owner of St. Martins Tea & Coffee Merchants, has just relocated his coffee shop and The Original Cookware Company to combine the two elements into one larger unit.”
