Property developer attracts national care provider to Hereford offices

A national care company providing vital services to support vulnerable people in their own homes has moved into new offices developed by Priority Space.

SureCare Hereford, part of the nationwide SureCare group, has taken on two office suites at Stirling House, in Centenary Park, a new development within Skylon Park, Hereford Enterprise Zone.

The care company plans to use the 725 sq ft of premium office space to provide essential training to staff and a wide range of support services to clients in the Hereford area.

Naz Sen of SureCare Head Office, said: “Stirling House is the perfect location for us to run our Hereford offices from. It is close enough to the centre of Hereford and has enough space for our business to comfortably expand. We have long been in the Herefordshire area and are now investing to further extend our services.”

Stirling House in Centenary Park has been developed by Yorkshire-based commercial property developers Priority Space in partnership with Herefordshire County Council and The Hunt Group commercial building contractors. Priority Space is committed to developing sites across the UK to create high-quality and sustainable workplaces which stimulate regeneration and economic growth.

Director of Priority Space Adam Richardson said: “It’s great to welcome a new tenant to Stirling House, especially one which is providing such a vital community service to support local people and families. At Priority Space we’re all about providing space for businesses to grow and benefit their local area.

“SureCare join the Hereford Times and US surgical equipment manufacturer LeMaitre Vascular at Stirling House and we look forward to welcoming other new tenants to the remaining offices in the near future.”

SureCare is expanding its Hereford branch following success working with local authority and private clients. The company expects to create around 100 new jobs in the area in the next two years in care and support work.

Andrew Manning Cox, Chairman of Skylon Park, Hereford Enterprise Zone, said: “The Hereford Enterprise Zone was developed as a catalyst for investment and job creation so we are delighted to welcome SureCare to our diverse business community as it expands in the county, looking to create more than 100 jobs.”

Stirling House is a high spec 14,708 sq ft office development with suites of different sizes available to buy or let. It is part of the first phase of Centenary Park, located in Skylon Park, a major development of speculative office, industrial and warehouse units within the Government-backed Hereford Enterprise Zone.
