New Lidl supermarket under construction in Lordshill, Southampton

Commercial property agents Keygrove Chartered Surveyors have confirmed the sale of a development site on the corner of Frogmore Lane and Brownhill Way, Lordshill and Lidl have already commenced construction of a state of the art new supermarket to service the north western parts of Southampton.

Andrew Archibald, Director of Keygrove says “this is the first phase of a major commercial development on this 16 acre site between David Lloyd and Ordnance Survey. Negotiations with the authorities and contractors have continued throughout the Covid-19 lockdown and we are grateful to Southampton City Council and Test Valley Borough Council for granting planning permission. Keygrove hopes to announce further news of the phased development of this land over the coming months.”
