UBS Global Asset Management, on behalf of Triton Property Fund, has completed the letting of the 8th floor at Knollys House in Croydon to PIB Group, who is expanding its occupation within the building.
PIB Group Services Limited is a growing group of insurance advisory businesses founded in 2015. It provides insurance and risk management services from offices in over 40 locations across London, the Midlands, the North, Scotland, East Anglia and the South West, as well as Guernsey.
The 6,506 sq ft floor has been let on a 10 year lease at a rent of £25 per sq ft.
The deal is the latest of a number of transactions at Knollys and the connected Stephenson House, which are located adjacent to East Croydon Station. Within the last 12 months, United Response (6,506 sq ft ) and Trinity College London (2,812 sq ft ) have been welcomed as new tenants , ERC Equipoise has expanded within Stephenson House by taking an additional 2,353 sq ft and lease renewals have been concluded with Reed Recruitment (2,503 sq ft) and Crawford & Co (2,561 sq ft ).
