The “starter units” phase of the Easter Park development in Aldermaston known as Estart was sold recently to property investment and development group, London & County LLP.
Woodford and Company retained their role as a joint marketing agents and have quickly sold and let two further units. Wild Weather Ales Limited have purchased 1,740 sq.ft. industrial unit at a price of £175,000, whilst Bottleneck Wholesale moved from Reading to lease 1,245 sq.ft. at £11,500 per annum.
Four of the twenty three units are available for sale or to let in sizes ranging from 1,391 sq.ft. to 4,450 sq.ft.
