Debate asks the question: Who’s protecting your brand?

A partner at a law firm and a senior marketer will go head to head in a debate on intellectual property hosted by the Chartered Institute of Marketing in Bristol this month.

Mark Lomas, Partner and Head of Intellectual Property at Ashfords LLP, will debate with David Vardy, Owner of Vantedge Consulting Ltd, and an audience of brand and product owners, on which of them offer the best protection for intellectual property, be it a recipe, process, pack design, brand or a market.

The event, which will take place at Bristol Golf and Country Club on Wednesday, October 17th, from 6pm to 9pm, will include networking opportunities in the golf club bar afterwards.

CIM members who would like to attend the event can either book online at www.cim.co.uk/48716, or call The Chartered Institute of Marketing on 01628 427340.
