Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon LLP has let more than 5,000 sq ft of office space in North Moons Moat, Redditch.
Redditch based AGGORA Group, the provider of catering equipment solutions, has taken a new five year lease on 5,409 sq ft of refurbished office space at units 3 & 4, Crest Park, Fringe Meadow Road, North Moons Moat, Redditch, B98 9NR, at a quoting rent of £8psf exclusive.
North Moons Moat is an established business and industrial location two miles north east of Redditch town centre. Crest Park is located off the main A4023 Coventry Highway which leads directly to Junction 3 of the M42.
The four office units at Crest Park are now fully let, following the five year lease of Unit 2 in June (2012) to Force 3 Security.
