Midlands’ consultancy V Formation has promoted marketing professional Sue Carr to the role of shareholding Director, working alongside its founder Hilary Campton on a growing portfolio of clients.
V Formation, which celebrated its fifth birthday in March, is also predicting a record-breaking year, with a number of new client wins in its core sector of professional services, including law firm Lodders and Embark Finance.
The company has also grown its portfolio within the family business sector, adding Melton Mowbray e-fulfilment business Hallmark Consumer Services to its roster of long-standing clients from the sector, which includes The Wilson Organisation and Awbery Management Centre.
V also created and oversees The Midlands Family Business Awards for insurance and financial advisory firm The Wilson Organisation. A charitable initiative now in its third year, they are the region’s only Awards that give family businesses and their leaders the opportunity to showcase their performance, successes, innovation and growth across ten categories.
