NFU Mutual, the long-established rural insurer, has expanded its office in Salisbury.
The UK insurance company has taken over the ground floor suite of offices at Unit 2, London Road Office Park in a deal negotiated by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Quoting leasehold rent for the 925 sq ft (88.44 sq m) ground floor suite was £13,950 per annum.
The company has also renewed its existing lease on the current first floor suite.

“I’m not surprised that the organisation – which offers expert insurance and financial services to the farming and rural community, wished to remain in its current location while expanding its local base.

The premises form part of a prestigious detached office building.
