The detached industrial unit was available for sale at a guide price of £700,000. The building had a gross internal area of 878.35 sq m (9,451 sq ft). The building included a ground and first floor office section with air conditioning. To the front of the building was a formed paved yard with allocated parking for approximately 25 vehicles.
Stephen Richards, a Director within Humberts, comments “we received numerous enquiries for the building since we put it onto the market from a range of regional and local occupiers. Eventually the building was sold to a national company from outside of the area. Potential purchasers were attracted to the building due to its excellent access onto the M5 motorway at Junction 26 within 1 mile. There seems to be a lack of industrial units for sale within the current market which is leading to excess demand”.
