Watling Real Estate has added to its growing national team with the appointment of surveyor Tom Martin to its London office.
He will be working alongside director Ian Whittaker in Watling’s capital market team, supporting the national business across the firm’s fast expanding agency and transactional service lines.
He joins from Avison Young’s Birmingham office where he qualified as a chartered surveyor having been part of one of the firm’s first intakes of apprentice surveyors in the UK back in 2022.

His appointment follows the recruitment of two surveyors, Jack Whiting and Max Foster, in Watling’s Leeds office to cover Yorkshire and the north east.
