A new business park in Tonyrefail is set to launch in November, after an £8.2 million investment from family-owned commercial property developer Ty Rhosyn Developments.
Parc Eirin will provide around 50,000 sq. ft. of flexible business and industrial space across 34 high-quality, self-contained terraced units, each ranging from 1,292 sq. ft. to 1,550 sq. ft. The development is being marketed by independent commercial property consultants Knight Frank.
Built over two phases, Parc Eirin will be capable of accommodating up to 150 jobs in Rhondda Cynon Taf. Llantrisant-based Ty Rhosyn purchased the plot of land in March 2026 from the Welsh Government.
The first 17 units will be ready for occupation in November, with the second set expected to be delivered during the second half of 2027.
Each of Parc Eirin’s units has been built to a high specification, targeting an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of C. The wider development also features electric vehicle charging points, plentiful greenery on site, and access to nearby rain gardens.
