Maxim Park, Scotland’s largest business park located in Eurocentral, Motherwell, has announced that Nexgen Golf run by golf professional Chris Tierney is set to expand Scotland’s home of indoor golf, to take 1,800 sq ft of retail space on the ground floor at Maxim 3.
Nexgen’s Golf offer will add to well established health and fitness facilities onsite at Maxim Park. Mighty Rick’s gym run by boxing world champion Ricky Burns, bike hire, yoga classes and a putting green, are just some of the wellbeing amenities at the Park.
Chris Tierney of Nexgen Golf said: “We are extremely excited to announce that Nexgen Golf is opening its second site at the wonderful Maxim Park. After our refurbishment we will be delighted to be Lanarkshire’s very first 24/7 indoor golf centre. We will be partnering with the world’s leading launch monitor and simulator company Trackman.
Our 3 Trackman iO bays will be a focal point of our facility, allowing golfers of all abilities to become immersed in virtual golf whether it’s having fun on the course or practicing with a purpose. Coaching, corporate events, product launches and much more will make Nexgen Maxim Park the number one destination for indoor golf in Scotland”.
Commenting on the growth of Maxim Park’s dynamic health and fitness offer Caroline Baillie Director of Park Services said: “We are pleased to welcome Nexgen Golf to Maxim. It represents another important addition to the growing mix of businesses and amenities available here, creating an even more vibrant destination for occupiers and the wider community. High quality leisure facilities play an important role, helping to support employee wellbeing, encourage collaboration and more opportunities for people to connect beyond the office. We are confident Nextgen Golf will be a popular attraction, offering a year round experience for golfers of all abilities while further enhancing the appeal of Maxim as a great place to work, visit and do business.”
