A specialist health and care consultancy is moving into refurbished offices on the established Solihull Business Park, thanks to Multifleet Vehicle Management.
UB Healthcare is renting the ground floor of Remus 1, at 2 Cranbrook Way, as tenants of Multifleet, a fleet management and vehicle leasing company trading as runyourfleet, which is based on the floor above.
The ground floor space is a flexible modern office area with a security-controlled entrance and car parking spaces in the on-site car park.
Steve Whitmarsh, chief executive of runyourfleet, said: “When we first bought this property, we always intended to provide the ground floor as a base for another business, and we’re delighted that UB Healthcare are now moving in.
“Being a part of the local business sector is incredibly important to us, so to have a successful and growing healthcare consultancy as neighbours has made the whole place even more motivating.”

Cranbrook Way is around three miles south of Solihull town centre and neighbours other major office and logistics developments such as Blythe Valley Business Park.
