Birmingham property consultancy Johnson Fellows has secured a series of successful lettings at OYO Business Park in Castle Vale, as demand for quality industrial space in the city remains strong.
Over the past six months, the company has completed deals on four units at the 31-unit industrial estate on Park Lane, which is now fully let.
Among the new tenants is 1Up Construction, which has taken 1,161 sq ft sq ft on a three-year lease. The Sutton Coldfield-based company, which specialises in residential construction projects, has secured the premises as a larger operational base to support its continued growth and wider service offering across the region.
An additional 1,897 sq ft has been let to Apex Audio Visual in Unit B8 on a three year lease.
