Construction reaches halfway point at Waterloo Park Phase 2

Construction at Waterloo Park Phase 2, Waterlooville has reached its midway milestone, with works progressing well and remaining firmly on schedule. Improved weather conditions have supported steady momentum across the site.

Principal contractor Mildren Construction has now completed the erection of the steel frames for Aldi, Costa Coffee and KFC, marking a significant step forward and making the scale and form of the development clearly visible. Roofing and cladding works are now underway, alongside wider infrastructure and external site works.

The project remains on track enabling store openings by the end of the year.
