Real Estate Investors plc (REI), the Midlands-focused property investment business, has completed a trio of lettings at Westgate House in Warwick.
Jack Sears, asset manager at Birmingham-based REI, said the deals reflected the strength of Warwick as an attractive regional town.
“This is great news for Warwick as well as REI and we are very pleased to have secured such quality tenants for this landmark building.
“It offers large open plate office accommodation and is close to the bus and railway station.”
Clive Mark Schoolwear Ltd has taken the previous Marks & Spencer ground floor unit on a five year lease, completing the letting of the entire ground floor.
Pizza restaurant Dough & Brew has taken an additional 1,464 sq ft within the building, enabling the company to commit to a ten year term while expanding their already established business.
And Warwick law firm has consolidated its operations on the third floor of Westgate House, expanding its accommodation by 50% and taking 12,000 sq ft on a ten year lease.
Jon Blood of agents Wareing & Co advised on all three lettings, with Scott Robertson at Creative Retail joint agent on the ground floor letting.
Donna Barnes, commercial property legal director at law firm Shakespeare Martineau in Birmingham acted for REI on all three lettings.
