Commercial property agents Bromwich Hardy have let the first floor of a landmark Leamington Spa office building to a fellow property agent.
Residential sales and lettings agents Sheldon Bosley Knight have agreed a lease on 2,000 sq ft on a ten year term at 168 Parade, Leamington Spa.
Tom Bromwich, managing partner of Bromwich Hardy, said: “168 Parade is a building we acquired for a private client in 2019, who then appointed us to manage the building.
“Since then we have undertaken extensive asset management works, including refurbishment where required.
“We have been successful in re-letting all the upper floors at enhanced rental levels.”
Sheldon Bosley Knight, which has 13 offices across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Leicestershire, has taken the extra space for its administration and management team.
Mike Cleary, Custodian of Sheldon Bosley Knight, said: “As we continue to grow, we were looking for a site that was central to our office operations and Leamington Spa fits the bill, with its attractive location overlooking the Pump Room Gardens, and good transport links.
“Tom and I have a mutual respect as leaders of what are arguably the region’s two leading independent property consultants, and it was a pleasure to agree the lease with what some might regard as a ‘competitor’!”
The landlord was advised by Cherry Elliott of Talbots Law and Davisons Law acted for Sheldon Bosley Knight.
