Harris Lamb has kicked off 2026 by strengthening its Telford office with the appointment of two new members of staff working within the Building Consultancy and Commercial Agency teams.
Jo Williams, a MRICS Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience within the commercial property sector, has joined the business as an Associate Director, while Elliott Ward joins as Agency Assistant further to securing a BTEC in Business from Telford College last year.
Jo, who joins further to spending six years at Towler Shaw Roberts, brings extensive experience covering the full range of building surveying services throughout the Midlands area. She has supported a wide range of clients across both the private and public sector covering commercial properties of all types and sizes, while Elliott will assist the Agency team with letting and sales.

An increase in instructions has now led to us growing the team further to provide the quality of service our clients expect, and with 2026 shaping up to be exceptionally busy, further Agency support and a dedicated Building Consultancy expert were top of our list.
“Jo has an excellent reputation within the region for providing quality advice and support to landlords, tenants, investors, owner occupiers and insurers, and is known for her high standards of client service and practical advice.
“She has an impressive skillset in relation to everything building surveying including preparing pre-acquisition and building condition surveys, providing dilapidations advice to landlords and tenants, building reinstatement cost assessments and planned maintenance reporting. She also gets involved in design and contract administration of refurbishment, maintenance and repair projects as well as advising on licences for alterations. Jo will be able to provide additional support to our clients, and we are delighted to have her on board,” he said.
