Creative advertising agency selects Frith + Bateman for new headquarters

Global Holdings Management Group, the international real estate and development company, has agreed a letting with Hijinks to occupy a 2,607 sq ft workspace at its Frith + Bateman building in Soho, London.

Hijinks has agreed a 5-year lease for its new space on the third floor of Frith + Bateman which is located in the heart of vibrant Soho nestled within thriving restaurants, bars and entertainment venues, and just a stone’s throw away from the Elizabeth line.

Following the acquisition of Frith + Bateman last year, Global Holdings Management Group has refurbished the building into creative style workspaces which are available from 1,000 – 3,000 sq ft and are fully fitted and furnished.

The refurbishment has reinstated the building’s Soho charm and upgraded it to modern standards with desirable amenities including high-quality commuter facilities and enhanced environmental credentials.

Founded in 2023, Hijinks provides advertising services for companies including YouTube, Royal Navy, AWS, Vue, and Women’s Aid with this new space providing the perfect environment to grow their operations.
