Chancerygate completes £25m, 104,000 sf ft urban logistics development on former Sony site near Horsham

Chancerygate has achieved practical completion on its new 104,000 sq ft Grade A urban logistics development in Southwater, near Horsham.

Named Audio Park, it is situated on the former distribution site for global manufacturers Sony. The brand new industrial and logistics development comprises seven units ranging from 8,300 sq ft to 33,718 sq ft available on both a freehold and leasehold basis. The gross development value is around £25m.

Its strategic position four miles south of Horsham close to the A24 between Crawley and Worthing provides occupiers easy access to the mid-Sussex and wider south coast markets.

Neighbouring occupiers include esteemed British audio technology developers Bowers & Wilkins. Local amenities within walking distance include retail convenience stores, a pharmacy and GP surgery.

All units at Audio Park feature electric vehicle charging points, low air permeability design and solar cells on their roofs which provide green energy on an affordable basis

These features have enabled the development to achieve a BREEAM rating of Excellent with all units achieving an EPC rating of A.
