Haslams Surveyors appointed on major Reading and Theale industrial estates

Haslams Surveyors has been appointed by Indurent, a leading developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics space across the UK, as leasing agents across a substantial portfolio of industrial properties located in Reading and Theale.

The portfolio comprises approximately 455,000 sq ft across 93 units and includes the following industrial/warehouse estates:

  • Robert Cort Estate, Britten Road, Reading
  • Elgar Industrial Estate, Preston Road, Reading
  • Nimrod Industrial Estate, Nimrod Way, Reading
  • Theale Commercial Estate, Ely Road, Theale
  • Access 12, Station Road, Theale

Haslams’ remit will be to help secure new occupiers for current and future vacant space. At present the property available for occupation includes:

  • Robert Cort Industrial Estate – Unit 4 (3,100 sq ft), Unit 14 (504 sq ft), Unit 34 (2,923 sq ft), Unit 38 (502 sq ft, fully refurbished).
  • Nimrod Industrial Estate – Unit 3 (4,956 sq ft, to be refurbished), Unit 5 (5,594 sq ft, to be refurbished), Unit 8 (7,124 sq ft, refurbished).
  • Theale Commercial Estate –Unit 9 (4,944 sq ft)
