Warrington based Altus Eileen Bilton has been awarded the popular editor’s choice award by CoStar, the specialist property research company, naming Jane Marshall as dealmaker of the year for industrial property in the North West.

In the last year Altus Eileen Bilton has disposed of more industrial properties than any other agent in the region and is currently dealing with over one million sq ft of office and industrial space across the Warrington region alone, with over two million sq ft in the wider North West region.

Jane Marshall, Associate Director at Altus Eileen Bilton, commented “I am delighted to have been nominated and won this award; my team’s hard work for our clients over the last twelve months has once again paid off. Earlier this year Altus Eileen Bilton was also awarded top accolades in the Warrington Review, completing the most deals in the Warrington region over the last 12 months. This amounted to a staggering 32% share of the market – the largest by any agency.
