Bilfinger GVA welcomes new graduates into its Cardiff team

Property adviser Bilfinger GVA has welcomed two new graduates in Cardiff onto its award-winning graduate programme.

Tim Norton joins as a graduate planner, having gained a BSc in City and Regional Planning from Cardiff University. Alongside his role at Bilfinger GVA Tim is undertaking studies for an MSc in Urban and Regional Development.

Daniel Davies is a Real Estate graduate of the University of the West of England, and is currently studying for his RICS qualification. As a graduate surveyor Daniel is working with Bilfinger GVA’s Agency and Leisure teams.

The commercial property adviser’s graduate programme was recently awarded the Royal Town Planning Institute’s Excellence in Planning, and the company was named by Job Crowd as one of the top ten property and house building companies for graduates to work for.

Both Tim and Daniel join Bilfinger GVA with valuable industry experience gained alongside their studies; Tim having had a year’s placement as trainee planner at Caerphilly County Borough Council, and Daniel with Capita, and Brinsons Chartered Surveyors.
