Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Valuation Surveyor/Senior Surveyor, within an expanding regional valuation team of a highly regarded property consultancy in Bristol.
We are seeking a candidate with ideally a minimum of 6 months post-qualification experience to join this specialist regional valuation team, who cover fund valuation work, institutional investors and other clients. The post-holder will preferably have experience working for a property consultancy, with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation work. This position will involve valuing a wide array of Grade A assets across the South West, South Wales and Gloucestershire, with the average lot value being £5 million+.
The mix of clients includes specialist funds and investors as well as other leading corporate organisations. We invite applications from ambitious candidates who are already MRICS and Registered Valuers. On offer is a salary range of up to £35k + benefits and bonus (depending on experience).
