Looking to capitalise on their existing retail assets by enhancing their value through the use of strategic asset management work – along with leasing, investment and development initiatives. The successful candidate will also gain full exposure to new/exciting projects in the UK with some of the world’s leading investors. The successful candidate should be confident in their ability and be capable of chairing a meeting.
My client possesses one of the strongest track records in delivering town & city centre retail led regeneration in the UK and has well over £2 billion worth of assets under management.

Should be RICS Qualified with at least 4+ years PQE. The candidate should also possess experience working within a retail asset management team and have good shopping centre experience.
