Retail Agency Surveyor MRICS, London W1, Base Salary £40,000 to £45,000 Base + Competitive Benefits Package
My client is a global property consultancy offering dedicated expert advice to guide their clients through the complex UK retail real estate market.
The position will involve working with clients to understand their objectives before creating a plan to help deliver the optimum retail potential. You will be involved in providing a comprehensive range of services to retailers to anything from high street and shopping centres to retail warehouses and food stores.
Job Responsibilities:
- Advising on commercial strategy, acting for over 200 retailers – including tenant mix, retail positioning, commercial letting terms & spec, market analysis, place-making, commercial marketing and meanwhile uses.
- Producing consultancy reports on retail & creative office strategy for developments in viability stages; to support planning process.
- New business generation – creating pitch documents and presenting to prospective clients.
- Lettings – co-ordinate negotiations with occupiers on behalf of the Landlord (client).
- Providing specialist commercial retail property advice to a range of client businesses.
The successful candidate will ideally be RICS Qualified with at least 1/2 years PQE.
