PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR LONDON

£40,000 – £50,000 Plus bonus and full Benefits Package

Highly successful general practice firm seeks talented property management surveyor to join its friendly team in its London office.

You will work closely with the Senior Director in the firm – so your exposure and ability to personally develop are excellent.

The firm supports its employees with a raft of training and continual personal development opportunities.

It boasts a large and stable property management team and is looking to attract a senior surveyor / associate level qualified candidate to join this vibrant and friendly office.

The role offers an opportunity to work directly with clients as the firm believes client interaction at all levels benefits both the client and its surveyors. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of property management tasks, which will include lease renewals, rent reviews, service charge management and the handling of day to day property management issues on these interesting portfolios. The assets are often owned by high net worth individuals or property companies and therefore the role offers the opportunity to work with a truly mixed commercial portfolio.

You will work in a small dedicated team, as part of the broader department and the firm encourages social events both internally and in the wider property market.
