M&E Facilities Manager

My client is a charitable organisation with responsibility for looking after historical properties and sites across the UK.

Due to a recent move, we are seeking a Technical/M&E Facilities Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of properties across London.

You will be responsible for the cyclical and response maintenance service across your portfolio whilst ensuring all statutory compliance is in place. The post holder will also manage any minor project works and liaise with stakeholders to ensure the effective maintenance of each site.

The successful candidate will hold a mechanical or electrical qualification and have proven experience in managing maintenance contracts. You will ideally have some experience of environmental control methods within historic buildings. Experience of preparing schedules and specifications of M&E installations is essential. You must have previous budget management experience and excellent knowledge of current legislation and regulations.
