Landlord & Tenant / Lease Advisory Associate London
Basic Salary: £50,000 per annum + commission to bring earnings to £100,000 + benefits
Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting this leading private practice to attract a highly experienced Lease Advisory Surveyor within the retail and licensed leisure sector.
Working on the behalf of long standing clients of the firm, you will negotiate leases for licensed leisure premises.
Clients will typically be sited in central London but can be further afield and my client is seeking a highly experienced individual who has excellent knowledge of the licensed leisure market who can use this experience to ensure the clients are represented in the most successful manner. Whilst experience of the licensed leisure or retail sectors would be an advantage it is not essential provided candidates have strong commercial knowledge.
This highly innovative firm is very well funded and provides an excellent opportunity for someone to be highly recognised in the firm and to have direct contact with leading clients.
Candidates will be confident communicating directly with clients and possess strong negotiation skills.
The client anticipates suitable candidates will have circa 5 years post qualification experience and is a highly motivated individual who wishes to maximise the excellent and highly achievable bonus potential on offer.
