Land Buyer/Acquisitions Surveyor, Private Equity Firm & Residential Specialist, London & South East Region
Basic Salary £40,000 – £55,000 + lucrative commission structure
My client is a specialist within the affordable housing market backed by significant institutional capital. They are currently looking for an acquisitions surveyor with experience of executing residential acquisitions to source and appraise new build social housing projects across the UK.
Broad experience of residential new build development is required for the role along with the ability to appraise complex developments, prepare and submit compliant bids to developers and housebuilders. Candidates will have a background in social housing or housing building.

The successful candidate will ideally be RICS Qualified with 1-3 years PQE. Successful candidates will need to be motivated individuals who will simply get on with the job and support the head of acquisitions for the region.
