INTERIM COMMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER LONDON
£25 – £33 PER HOUR

Beach Baker is assisting this medium sized general practice to recruit an experienced property manager to assist with a variety of work in its friendly and busy property management team.
The team has been successful in securing a number of property management contracts and is looking to attract an interim property management surveyor to assist in the work.
Candidates will ideally by MRICS – but this is not essential, providing candidates have experience in a range of matters, which will include:-
- Handling lease management issues
- Lease Renewals and rent reviews
- Producing reports
- Direct liaison with clients
- Property inspections
- Overseeing facilities management services and oversight of property maintenance
- Managing tenant arrears
- Service charges
- Liaising with contractors
Candidates will have strong property management experience in order to ‘hit the ground running’, combined with excellent communication and IT skills, including excel and relevant property management systems.
