A highly respected global property consultancy have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Graduate Surveyor based in Bristol. This opportunity is for a candidate with a RICS accredited degree in property.
The position will offer full APC support and be based within the Valuation team. This position comes with the potential for significant career progression with excellent support and guidance throughout the APC from a market leading firm and team of Chartered Surveyors.
The successful candidate will work with a range of clients including institutional investors, banks, private equity and developers. The role will work with the partners to advise on valuation strategies using Red Book RICS methods.
You will need to have the drive to deal with different and sometimes complex property challenges which can mean working to a fixed time frame and ultimately have considerable consequences for clients meaning you will learn how to work at a high level quickly with support from the directors.

You will need to be able to work as part of a team and support the team with their business plan and growth strategy.
On offer is a salary and remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s experience. Previous work experience in a surveying firm with APC experience is welcome but not essential as the person is the most important factor. Essential is a RICS accredited degree.
