This company, established over five-years ago, have an enthusiastic team who are involved with both commercial and high-end residential projects, where most of the work is repeat business from their established client relationships. The office has fantastic views over central Bristol and employs a flat-management structure, which enables each employee to directly communicate with the business owner in order to create a relaxed atmosphere. Being a small practice, the successful candidate will play a key role within the future growth of the business and will have fantastic career progression opportunities.
The company will offer much-valued experience towards APC training, including daily tasks such as dilapidations, project management and contract administration. This is an exciting time to join the practice during this period of growth, and we are seeking a self-motivated applicant with a keenness to learn and a personable and proactive nature, with preferably at least 12 months’ experience in the construction industry.
