My client are a highly successful development company with an excellent track record of operating throughout UK. Currently looking for a Development Manager to slot into their specialist team. Developing and Investing across the UK commercial property sector, this dynamic company works on their own projects, on joint ventures or as development or asset managers for institutional clients.
The position will focus on site acquisition, appraisal and delivery of new developments around the UK along with identifying new business opportunities. This role would suit a Development Surveyor/Manager with strong experience and knowledge of the planning and development processes as well as the requirements of the occupational market.
Primary Job Responsibility:
- Full spectrum of development management from the identification of new property development opportunities to delivering projects which generate high financial returns within the Industrial arena.
